How the process works

From first login to evidence pack — the same path in every demo.

1. Sign in to the hub

OrganizationOS Home shows plan KPIs and the modules you can open.

  1. Open sidascopilot.tibasidas.com
  2. Land on Home — KPI strip + module cards
  3. Optional: /onboarding and /usage for admins

2. Connect sources

Admin → Quick connect for TRACEOPS and HR. Copilot only answers from what you linked.

3. Ask Copilot

Use Compliance mode for alerts and packs. Citations open TRACEOPS.

4. Prove with TRACEOPS

Overview queue → Evidence templates → PDF/ZIP. Regional modules can post into the same trail.

Where the dashboards live

Every app has a KPI home — hub, TRACEOPS Overview, ZATCA ops, HR WPS/GOSI, WorkComply, Helpdesk, Finance.

  1. OrganizationOS — Home KPI strip, Usage
  2. TRACEOPS — /dashboard Overview + Action volume
  3. ZATCA — /dashboard ops KPIs + /dashboard/rejections
  4. HR — Angular dashboard (WPS + GOSI)
  5. WorkComply — country dashboard + packs
  6. Helpdesk / Finance — queue KPI rows + aging / CSV
